Caitlyn Bullock is an attorney whose practice centers on civil and business litigation. Caitlyn represents both businesses and individuals in state and federal court. Her practice includes handling commercial contract and business tort disputes, as well as claims involving fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, unfair trade practices, and other complex business-related matters.
As part of Elon Law’s Residency-in-Practice program, Caitlyn served as a judicial extern to Judge James A. Wynn, Jr. of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, where she gained valuable insight into federal appellate practice and judicial decision-making. These experiences inform her practice today, where she works closely with clients to navigate disputes efficiently and effectively.
